Primary complaint = non physiologic diarrhea

Unexplained fever

Develops diarrhea without fever

Physiologic diarrhea

Fever >102F and 2 of 3 signs:  cough, nasal discharge, lymphopenia

Neurologic signs suggestive of EHV-1

Patient not in isolation that develops diarrhea, without fever or neutropenia
